If you cannot attend, it is important that you let us know as soon as possible. This would allow us to offer your appointment time to someone else. We will then happily rearrange your appointment for a more suitable time.
 
Note also that where you are coming for counselling for yourself, we cannot accommodate that you bring children with you.
